Move your body. Let yourself intuitively dance. Join an impromptu group drum circle. Or explore the beautiful collection of sacred sound instruments and discover what calls to you.

The immersive soundbath experience will have a profound healing effect no matter how you choose to enjoy it.

After the group immersive experience, Matteo Potas and Kat Green will guide your journey through the soothing sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, drums, chimes, gong, percussion and other sacred instruments, creating a relaxing soundscape that invites deep relaxation, presence and connection.

After the soundbath you have the option of cleansing in the wood-fire sauna and natural creek cold plunge. This session is all about connection, deep relaxation, and soothing your soul.
