Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
Class attendees are obliged to cancel class bookings at least 24 hours before the class is scheduled to commence. Failure to cancel within this timeframe results in forfeiture of class pass or payment of the class.
Workshop attendees are obliged to cancel workshop bookings at least 3 days before the workshop is scheduled to commence. Failure to cancel within this timeframe results in forfeiture of payment of the workshop.
If The Old Farmhouse Retreat has to cancel a class or a workshop for any reason a full refund will be offered to drop ins and, for class pass holders, the class will not be deducted.
Cancellation policies for retreats may vary. Please read the specific retreat cancellation disclosures.
Refund Processing
The Old Farmhouse Retreat refunds are processed back to the same card that was used for booking. Or you may transfer your class to someone else by contacting the studio with the person's name, contact email, and phone number to info@theoldfarmhouseretreat.ie
Notwithstanding the above, The Old Farmhouse Retreat does not offer refunds, transfers, or compensation for cancellations due to a late entry, change of mind, illness, injury, change of address, or any other reason.
Latecomers
Please arrive 10 minutes before class in case there is a wait list or walk ins. We do not offer refunds if your spot has been taken due to your late arrival. Space is limited so please be mindful of your time.
